At checkout we display available shipping methods with costs and estimated delivery times. Faster (express) shipping options may be available at additional cost.

Where available, tracking information will be emailed once the order is dispatched. If tracking is not available, we will provide dispatch confirmation and estimated delivery.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the stated estimate, contact contact@stimuloo and quote your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. For lost shipments, we will initiate a claims process and provide replacement or refund as appropriate and in line with our Terms of Sale.

If a delivery attempt fails and the carrier returns the item to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping charges may apply.
